Upon request, Virbela will provide instructions to Customer regarding corporate firewall configuration to facilitate access to the Subscription Services. Virbela will not engage in direct configuration of a Customer’s firewall.

Virbela offers voice servers hosted in the following locations: US West / US East / Germany / Brazil / Hong Kong / Mumbai / Seoul / Singapore / Sydney / Tokyo / Canada / Ireland / London / Stockholm / Sao Paulo
Voice server location is selected based on geographical location of the majority of a Customer’s users. If you have any questions or concerns, please email mycampus@virbela.com

This Agreement provides for the Subscription Services and Professional Services (if any) listed above. If Customer wishes to have custom features added to the Campus not otherwise listed above under Professional Services, additional costs will be incurred.
